2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of MotoDoc for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in MotoDoc
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Disclaimer

MotoDoc provides diagnostic assistance tools for motorcycle-related issues. The information provided by our AI diagnostic system is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional medical or mechanical advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for actual diagnosis and treatment.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through MotoDoc. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MotoDoc:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or any employee
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

MotoDoc offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Pro Membership is available as a monthly subscription at $4.99/month
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MotoDoc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MotoDoc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
